Visit Sjællands Odde, and pop down to the harbour. Join the queue at Odden Fisk to buy fresh fish to cook at home, or eat in their restaurant. Visit Skibsprovianten for bread, cakes, wine, and cheese. There’s often a coffee truck roaming around, and you can go into Noosh for a look around at local goings on. It’s a good place to pick up a coffee and cake, and sit and watch the boats.
Another nice place, as you come into town, is Havnebyens kaffebar. They have the normal breakfast/lunch options, but also do great pizzas on a Friday. It’s next door to Kiosken på Odden, another place to pick up wine and speciality ingredients.
Further North, you can find TÃr bakery. Expect to be there early and queue. Open until they sell out - which doesn’t take long.

A lovely farm shop, just out of town, is Birkemosegaard. Lots of fresh fruit and veg, with some great local products. There’s also a restaurant upstairs, but I recommend checking what’s on and if it’s open when you plan to go.

Go crabbing in Rørvig. You can buy nets, buckets, and fishing lines along the harbour, and there are big boxes of fish guts and ends to clip to the line and entice the crabs up. The crabs grab onto the fish to eat it, and you reel them in, and pop them in the bucket full of water. The kids LOVE it, and then you release the crabs back into the water safely when you’re done. If you’re feeling particularly competitive, you can release them onto the ‘track’ where they race back to the sea.
There’s lots more to do in Rørvig, and this is a nice article from Vogue Scandinavia.

Klint Havn is another lovely place to spend some hours, especially with children. The whole beach is made up of round stones that people use to build towers.
You can walk along the coastal path, up into the hills for some lovely views.
I’ve also heard that this local restaurant, Det Vilde Køkken, is lovely - but I haven’t visited yet.
